Man receives Purple Heart almost 50 years later

     Harry L. Hage  grew up in Aliquippa, Pa and bow lives in New Brighton.
After he worked in the J&L Steel Mill. He decided he was joining the Army in 1966.
His servicer   was with the Fifth Mechanized  Infantry Division  after the tet offensive.
In the year of 1969 ,during the Month of June , the group Harry Hage  merged and become known as The Joint Task Force Guadalcanal to carry out operation , Utah Mesa in Khe Sanh..
Then Harry L hage, on June 22, 1969 Garry was wounded spent 10 days in the Hospital and then went back to the war. He left before he got the Purple heart he so deserved..
So three days ago, Senator Pat Toomey is the Pennsylvania  Senator who got Harry Hage  said, "Mr Hage  served out country with distinction in Vietnam. I am overjoyed that were able to help him receive the Purple Heart that he earned for nearly half century. Mr Hage has been an Unsung Hero."
Yes, Mr Hage kilo is a true hero, thank you for your service Mr Hage
